Instructions: Answer, in Spanish, the next questions.

1 BEFORE READING:

Aplique las estrategias 1 y 4 antes de leer el texto “Spider Webs” y explique a continuación cuáles son las ideas generadas a partir de la lectura global.

RTA/. Siguiendo las estrategias de lectura y de acuerdo al texto, puedo inferir que el texto trata de las telarañas, como se producen y la importancia que tienen para las supervivencia de las arañas.

2. WHILE READING: Aplique las estrategias 3 y deduzca la idea principal de cada párrafo antes de leer el texto por completo.

Párrafo 1: Las arañas tejen su telarañas porque las necesitan para subsistir.

Párrafo 2: Explica la importancia de las telarañas para mantener sus huevos.

Párrafo 3: Indica otro uso que le dan las arañas a la telaraña para camuflarse.

Párrafo 4: Las arañas usan las telarañas para atrapar los insectos que les sirven de alimento y explica como los atrapa.

Párrafo 5: En el último párrafo se hace una sinopsis de todo el texto, el uso de las telarañas y la importancia que tiene para la supervivencia de las arañas.

RTA/ I think the three reasons are important for the survival of spiders, but the most important reason is the webs help spiders catch food, without food can not live spiders. 

7) Are the spider webs good? Do spiders need them? Why or why not? 

RTA/ The spider webs are very important for the survival of the species. If not produce webs spiders would die, because spiders would have no food, no eggs or protection from other predators.
